Tsunami Girl was a three issue mini-serie created and written by Mark Paniccia and published by Image Comics in 1999. It's the story of a night club DJ with a mysterious past and a bummed-out writer who get involved in government intrigue and drug runners in the dark urban landscape of Los Angeles.
Mark wanted us to emulate the drawing styles of Steve Skroce and Kevin Maguire. Although we couldn't make an exact duplication, Mark was very pleased with our work, and thanks to the awesome coloring job by the people at Bad@$$, Tsunami Girl is one of our finest achievements in comic book art.
All of Tsunami Girl's fully painted covers were done by renown sexy robot artist Hajime Sorayama, which of course we can't show here 'cause we didn't do them.
