After Robotech, we went on to other projects. The first post-Robotech comic we worked on was BoHos.
BoHos was a three issue mini-series written by Maggie Whorf and published by FlyPaper Press in 1998. The series concerned the adventures of four teenagers as they made their way through the strangest universe of all... ours!
The first issue was drawn entirely by Byron Penaranda, and he drew almost half of the second issue before leaving prematurely. We were called in by Editor Mark Paniccia to emulate Byron's quirky style and finish the series.
BoHos #2 was printed with two different covers, one by Byron Penaranda and one by John Waltrip. This is the one by John, of course. The coloring was done by Alex Sinclair.
